Suggested use
A tea ball infuser is included. Place 1–2 teaspoons of the tea blend into the tea ball, leaving room for the herbs to expand, and close it securely. Place the tea ball in your cup, pour freshly boiled water over it, and steep for 5–8 minutes. Carefully remove the hot tea ball and allow the tea to cool to a comfortable drinking temperature. Enjoy plain or with a little honey. After use, let the tea ball cool, empty the herbs, rinse, and allow it to dry.
