Ingredients & Flavor

• Organic Echinacea: Adds an earthy herbal flavor and depth to the blend.
• Organic Elderberries: Bring a rich, fruity flavor and naturally contain plant pigments called anthocyanins.
• Organic Ginger: Adds warming spice and a lively, slightly peppery finish.
• Organic Rosehip: Brings a bright, gently tart fruit flavor.
• Organic Cinnamon: Adds comforting warmth and natural sweetness of flavor without added sugar.
• Organic Lemon Balm: Gives the blend a soft, lemony aroma.
• Organic Peppermint: Adds a cool, refreshing aroma and a crisp finish.

Preparation

Place tea in the included tea infuser ball, leaving room for the herbs to expand. Add hot water and steep for 20 minutes. Carefully remove the infuser. Add honey or lemon for an extra boost of flavor, if desired. Follow the quantity and water measurements supplied with your pouch.
