Ingredients & Traditional Qualities

Tea: Organic valerian root, organic chamomile, organic passionflower, organic lavender, organic peppermint, and organic skullcap bring earthy depth, delicate floral notes, and a refreshing finish.

Salve: Beeswax and organic cold-pressed jojoba oil create a smooth, conditioning balm. Organic lavender essential oil, organic frankincense essential oil, organic Roman chamomile essential oil, and organic vetiver essential oil offer soft floral warmth and earthy depth. Beeswax is not organic.

Tea: Organic valerian root* (Valeriana officinalis), organic chamomile* (Matricaria chamomilla), organic passionflower* (Passiflora incarnata), organic lavender* (Lavandula angustifolia), organic peppermint* (Mentha × piperita), organic skullcap* (Scutellaria lateriflora).

Salve INCI: Cera Alba (Beeswax), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil*, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil*, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil*, Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) Flower Oil*, Vetiveria Zizanoides (Vetiver) Root Oil*.

* = Organic. The jojoba oil is organic and cold-pressed. Beeswax is not organic.

Directions

Choose either the tea or the salve. Do not use both at the same time.

Tea: Add 1–2 teaspoons to a tea diffuser. Steep in 8 ounces of hot water for 20 minutes, then remove the diffuser or strain. Check temperature before drinking.

Salve: For external use only. Apply a thin layer to clean skin as needed, preferably after bathing.

Warnings

Do not combine use of Peace Be Still Tea and Peace Be Still Salve at the same time. Use one product or the other.

The tea may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery after consuming. It may interact with sleep medications and other medications. Consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

Do not ingest the salve. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, open wounds, and broken skin. Patch test the salve on a small area and wait 24 hours before continuing use. Discontinue either product if irritation or an unwanted reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Follow each product's label for additional directions and warnings.
