Ingredients

Tea: Fenugreek, cinnamon, holy basil, hawthorn berries, bilberry, skullcap, and California poppy.

Salve INCI: Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil* (and) Hypericum Perforatum Extract*, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter*, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Arnica Montana Flower Extract*, Methylsulfonylmethane, Menthol, Capsicum Annuum Fruit Powder*, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil*, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil*, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil*.

Directions

Tea: Place loose tea in the included tea ball and close securely. Place the tea ball in a cup, pour hot water over it, and steep. Remove the tea ball before drinking. Allow tea to cool before sipping.

Salve: For external use only. Clean the area before application. Apply a small amount to intact skin and massage gently. Use as needed. A little goes a long way. Wash hands after use.

Medication precaution: Do not use these products if you currently take medication unless your doctor has advised that they are appropriate for you. Some people are allergic to essential oils; patch test on a small area first, and if no reaction occurs after 24 hours, continue use.
