Preparation

Steep in hot water for 20 minutes, then strain. Allow the tea to cool to a comfortable drinking temperature and check the temperature before sipping. Do not drink while scalding hot.

Ingredients

Ginger (Zingiber officinale), frankincense resin (Boswellia), cinnamon (Cinnamomum), yarrow (Achillea millefolium), shepherd’s purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris), and nettle leaf (Urtica dioica).
