Ingredients & Sensory Qualities

The tea pairs warming ginger and cinnamon with refreshing peppermint, lemon balm, and earthy roots. The salve combines an oil-and-beeswax base with fragrant botanicals, menthol, and camphor for a cooling sensation.

Full Ingredients

Tea: Organic ginger, organic peppermint, organic lemon balm, organic cinnamon, organic turmeric, organic feverfew, organic valerian root.

Salve: Organic olive oil, organic coconut oil, beeswax, organic peppermint, organic lavender, organic eucalyptus, organic frankincense, organic clove essential oil, menthol, camphor.

Directions

Tea: Fill the included steel tea ball infuser with the loose-leaf blend and close securely. Place in a cup of hot water and steep for 20 minutes. Carefully remove the infuser. Optional: sweeten with honey to taste. Allow the tea to cool and check the temperature before sipping. Handle hot water and the infuser with care.

Salve: Apply a small amount to temples and head as needed. Patch test before first use. For external use only; do not ingest. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and open or damaged skin.
